General enquiries:

Tour duration: 1 to 1hr 30 minutes – depending on the engagement level of the group, Questions are welcome on the topics throughout the tour.

General advice: Sensible shoes and reasonable attire – we run tours in a very old and very busy place – so it can be dusty, loud, and we will go into greater detail when you arrive for your tour.
If you’ve booked and can’t find your ticket – can you do a quick check in your Spam/ Junk folder please? This one happens quite a lot.

Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are not tickets you still need to book a specific time and date for it to be active, When you get your voucher use the code to book online from the tours available. Enter one code at a time when using a voucher at the checkout.

**Please don’t just turn up without booking a slot, We are remarkably busy and it may result in you being denied access and delaying an already tight schedule**

1.The booking name
2.The name(s) of the person attending (if different from above)

Tour developments
Unfortunately our safety systems on the roof area of Glasgow Central aren’t designed for the footfall the tour generates, we do have aspirations to review this and look to include this area safely and securely in the future as part of the station and tour developments. We will publicise this highly when we get approvals to do these works.
Also we are working at the moment to improve the “Victorian Platform” element of the tour and again – this will be publicised through the website
